Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Fluddle – Grow Closer Together mobile application (“Application”), created by Ankit Saxena (“Service Provider,”
“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.
Using Fluddle
Fluddle is a relationship wellness app designed for couples. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. By using it, you confirm that
you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose – connecting with your partner through emotional check-ins, shared goals, quizzes, and
other couple-focused features.
Your Account
You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Apple ID. We strongly advise against
jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it can compromise security, expose your phone to malware, and may cause the Application to not function
properly.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Fluddle is free to download and use with core features. Some premium features may be available through a paid subscription. All subscriptions and
in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. We do not directly handle any payment
information.
To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID settings or the App Store.
Intellectual Property
The Application and all its content, features, code, design, and trademarks are owned by the Service Provider. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
- Attempt to extract the source code or reverse-engineer the Application
- Translate the Application into other languages
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission AI-Powered Features Fluddle uses artificial intelligence (specifically Google’s Gemini AI) to power several features, including:
- Emotional alignment summaries based on your and your partner’s check-in responses
- Couple portrait generation from your uploaded photos
- Outfit try-on image generation
- Date night plan suggestions
- Voice check-in transcript analysis By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your relevant data (including photos and emotional check-in data) will be processed by Google’s Gemini AI
- AI-generated content (summaries, portraits, date plans) is created automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate
- AI features are not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or medical advice
- The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content Content You Provide You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload to Fluddle. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for
the purpose of providing the Application’s features to you and your partner (e.g., generating AI portraits from your photos). We will not use your
content for any other purpose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Third-Party Services The Application relies on the following third-party services, each with their own terms and policies: - Firebase by Google (infrastructure and backend services)
- Google Gemini AI (AI content generation) We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services. Internet and Device Requirements Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We cannot guarantee full functionality without internet access, and we are
not responsible for any data charges from your mobile provider. You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional. We are not responsible if the Application is unavailable because your device has
run out of battery. Limitation of Liability The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law: - We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content Account Deletion You can delete your account at any time through the Application’s profile settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your
personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Changes to the Application We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Application at any time. We will do our best to notify you of significant changes, but we reserve
the right to make changes without prior notice. You may need to accept updates to continue using the Application. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top and post the updated terms on this page. Your
continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop
using the Application at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes
