This privacy policy applies to the Fluddle – Grow Closer Together app (“Application”) for mobile devices, created by Ankit Saxena (“Service Provider,”
“we,” “us,” or “our”) as a freemium service. This means the Application is free to download with optional premium features available through
subscription.
We take your privacy seriously. Your relationship data is personal, and we’ve built Fluddle with that in mind. Please read this policy carefully so you
understand exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information We Collect
When you use Fluddle, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information
– Your name and your partner’s nickname
– Apple ID authentication data (we use Sign in with Apple — we do not see or store your Apple ID password)
– Email address associated with your Apple ID
Relationship Data
– Relationship status (e.g., dating, married) and approximate relationship duration
– Daily emotional check-in responses, including mood, energy level, and emotional needs
– Optional personal notes added to check-ins
– Alignment scores and AI-generated check-in summaries
– Shared goals and streak data
– Weekly quiz answers
Photos and Media
– Couple photos you upload for AI portrait generation or outfit try-on features
– AI-generated portraits and outfit try-on images
Voice Data
– If you use voice check-ins, your speech is processed on your device using Apple’s Speech Recognition framework. The resulting text transcript is sent
to our servers for analysis, but the original audio recording is not uploaded or stored.
Device and Usage Information
– Device type and operating system version
– Firebase Cloud Messaging token (for push notifications)
– General usage data such as pages visited and session duration
– Device IP address
Information We Do Not Collect
– Precise location data
– Contacts or phone book data
– Financial or payment information (subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
– Provide and maintain the Application’s features
– Generate your daily emotional alignment score and summary
– Create AI-generated couple portraits and outfit try-on images
– Generate personalized date night plans
– Deliver push notifications (e.g., when your partner checks in, thumb kiss alerts)
– Track shared goal streaks
– Improve and optimize the Application
How Your Data Is Shared Between Partners
Fluddle is designed for couples. When you and your partner are linked in the app, certain data is shared between you:
– Both partners can see the daily alignment score and AI-generated summary after both have checked in
– Shared goals and streak progress are visible to both partners
– Quiz answers and compatibility results are shared between partners
– Individual check-in details (your specific mood, energy, and emotional need selections) are used to calculate the alignment score
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Application:
– Firebase by Google (Authentication, Cloud Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging for push notifications) — Google’s

– Google Gemini AI (used to generate emotional alignment summaries, couple portraits, outfit try-on images, date night plans, and voice transcript
analysis) — Google’s AI Privacy: https://ai.google/responsibility/privacy/
– SDWebImage (open-source library for image loading — operates locally on your device and does not transmit data to external servers)
Important: When you use AI-powered features (portraits, outfit try-on, alignment summaries, date planning, voice check-in analysis), your relevant data
— including couple photos and emotional check-in responses — is sent to Google’s Gemini AI for processing. This data is processed according to
Google’s privacy policy and applicable data processing terms.
We do not use any advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
Authentication is handled through Sign in with Apple, which provides an additional layer of security.
That said, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the Application’s settings, we will delete your
personal data from our servers within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
To request data deletion, you can either:
– Use the account deletion option in the app’s profile settings

Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
– Access the personal data we hold about you
– Request correction of inaccurate data
– Request deletion of your data
– Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
– Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Children’s Privacy
Fluddle is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a
child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top and post the updated policy on this
page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of
those changes.
